Managing your subscription
Subscription Management
Easily manage your Trev subscription from your account settings.
Viewing Subscription Details
Access Settings > Billing to see:
- Current plan and price
- Next billing date
- Payment method
- Billing history
- Available credits
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
- Upgrade takes effect immediately
- You're charged the prorated difference
Downgrading Your Plan
- Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle
- Continue using current plan until then
- Unused credits don't carry over
Payment Methods
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Update card anytime in settings
- Automatic monthly billing
- Secure payment processing via Stripe
Canceling Subscription
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Download any needed translations before expiry
