How to translate your first document

Your First Translation

Follow this step-by-step guide to complete your first translation with Trev.

Step 1: Access the Translator

From your dashboard, click the "New Translation" button or navigate to the Translator page.

Step 2: Upload Your File

You have three options:

• Drag & Drop - Simply drag your file into the upload area
• Click to Browse - Select a file from your computer
• Paste Text - For quick text translations

Step 3: Select Target Languages

Choose one or multiple languages for translation. You can translate to multiple languages simultaneously.

Step 4: Start Translation

Click the "Translate" button. The process typically takes a few seconds to a few minutes depending on file size.

Step 5: Download Results

Once complete, download your translated files. They will maintain the original formatting.

Tip: Your translations are saved in your history for 30 days for easy re-downloading.
